Qualifications and skills

• Minimum of 1-2 years relevant training experience with a proven track record.
• To have scored in the 95th percentile or above in a GMAT, GRE, SAT or similar standardized test.
• To have a passion for teaching and the ability to convey verbal concepts to students effectively.
• Perfect diction in spoken English.
• To be a great presenter, a mentor of students, and a responsible employee.
• A great personality and possess a team player mindset.
• To accommodate flexible working hours as we deal with busy professional clients.
• To be competent in MS Office programs as you will be building training materials as part of your full time role.
• Openness to developing and delivering additional training courses that rely on improving people’s communication, analytical and reasoning skills.
